Knight Frank Estate Management (KFEM), a subsidiary of Knight Frank Singapore, is one of the leading estate management companies in the nation. It was also the first in the property management industry to be awarded the ISO 9001:2000 Certification.

Established in 2000, KFEM now has over 360 staff and qualified site personnel, serving diverse property types in various parts of Singapore.

Beginning with a base portfolio of 50 properties, KFEM has since grown from strength to strength and now manages over 170 properties, comprising prestigious residential and commercial buildings such as Ardmore Park, Four Seasons Park, The Bayshore and The Pier at Robertson.
