Accreditation Scheme
KFEM invites only accredited contractors in the areas of pest control, security, landscaping and cleaning services for its tenders and quotations. As a value-added service it offers to the properties it manages, KFEM recommends its listed service providers based on the property’s size, character and specific needs.
Stringent criteria ensure that only the most reliable contractors are selected to join our accreditation scheme, so clients can make informed and cost-effective decisions when choosing service providers.
To promote operational efficiency and minimize potential problems for clients, KFEM’s criteria for accrediting service providers covers their:
- Financial capability
- Track record
- Quality system
- Organisational structure
- Size
- Use of IT/mechanisation
To retain the best contractors in our scheme, yearly appraisals are also conducted to ensure consistently good performance from these accredited contractors. Companies that have failed to perform well will be de-listed from our scheme.
