Our Asset Management team currently handles over $100m worth of assets, some of which includes properties in Singapore for more than 50 absentee owners.
Our scope of Asset Management services will include, but are not limited to:
- Handling of all tenancy matters for absentee owners
- Collection of rent and service charges
- Presentation of monthly statement of accounts
- Providing advice on routine maintenance and supervision of repair works
- Negotiation of lease renewals
- Marketing, lease negotiations and tenant selection
- Handling of property tax matters
