- NTC 2 or NTC 3 in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

- Carry out all upkeeping activities of estates
- Assist in carrying out full administrative, financial and maintenance functions
- Possess Diploma in Estate Management or equivalent with relevant knowledge
- Preferably with knowledge of BMSMA
Complex/Condominium Officers
- Carry out all upkeeping activities of estates

- Carry out full administrative, financial and maintenance functions

- Good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of BMSMA
Facility Managers/Assistant Managers
- Manage and lead the facilities team to ensure assigned sites are well-maintained
- Liaise closely with the client on-site representatives to address problems
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Estate Management or equivalent with relevant knowledge
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills
